OUR TEAM
Experienced physicians.
Collaborative Care.
At Clarity, we bring together complementary expertise in developmental paediatrics, behavioural health, medication management, and clinical pharmacology.
Our goal is to provide clear, thoughtful, and evidence-informed care tailored to each patient's needs.

DEVELOPMENTAL PEDIATRICIAN
Dr. Robin Baweja, MD
Dr. Robin Baweja is a developmental paediatrician with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families with developmental, behavioural, emotional, and learning-related concerns.

Her clinical approach focuses on understanding the whole child, including their strengths, areas of difficulty, family context, educational needs, and day-to-day functioning. She works with families to develop clear, practical recommendations that can be applied across home, school, and community settings.

Dr. Baweja has a particular interest in ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, and resilience. She is also an author, speaker, and media contributor who is committed to making complex developmental and mental-health information easier for families to understand and use.
At Clarity, Dr. Baweja leads developmental and clinical assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, and coordinated care pathways.

PEDIATRICIAN, CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGIST AND TOXICOLOGIST
Dr. Sohail Khattak, MD
Dr. Sohail Khattak is a paediatrician, clinical pharmacologist, and toxicologist with expertise in complex medication management and individualized treatment planning.

His work focuses on helping patients and families better understand how medications are selected, adjusted, and monitored. He considers factors such as treatment response, adverse effects, drug interactions, co-occurring conditions, and the patient’s broader medical and developmental profile.

Dr. Khattak provides consultation for patients who have experienced partial treatment response, medication side effects, complex medication combinations, or uncertainty about the next step in care. His approach emphasizes careful clinical interpretation rather than relying on any single test result or medication recommendation in isolation.
At Clarity, Dr. Khattak supports medication optimization, clinical pharmacology consultation, complex treatment review, and selective pharmacogenomic interpretation.

REGISTERED PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Allan Eng, C.Psych.
Dr. Eng (he/him) completed his doctorate in Applied Developmental Psychology at the University of Toronto. He is a registered psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults.
He is caring, compassionate, focused on the welfare of his clients and he employs a multidimensional approach. He has worked with children, adolescents, adults and their families in coping with emotional (anxiety, depression, anger, etc.), behavioural, social, learning and attention challenges.
He enjoys psychotherapy with individuals, but also in relationships (couples, parent-child, family). He has also counseled adults who have suffered significant physical injuries in the workplace and motor vehicle accidents. He has also been involved with veterans and their significant others in coping with trauma.
At Clarity, Dr. Eng provides psychological assessment and psychotherapy, addressing emotional, behavioural, learning, and attention-related challenges.
A Collaborative Approach
Dr. Baweja and Dr. Khattak bring complementary perspectives to patient care. Their collaboration allows developmental, behavioural, medical, and medication-related considerations to be reviewed together when appropriate.
This integrated approach helps ensure that recommendations are clinically responsible, clearly explained, and connected to the patient’s real-world goals and functional needs.
